2. To assist those who have PAID for online time (which is over and above their tuition subscription) in order to complete set up of our Audio and Video Instructional and Service Software.

ONLINE LIVE TEXT TUITION

1. As the service implies, our online LIVE Text Tuition is reserved for those who have chosen to received online instruction via Text only. These are clients who have paid a Tuitional Subscription Fee and have reserved their own particular time in which to receive this service.

2. Since no software is required for the person requesting assistance from these two services, we do not envisage too much help will be required to utilize this facility, however, online LIVE assist is also reserved for those who may have initial questions and who have already reserved paid time which again, the time to assist them is over and above their pre-paid fee.
