This will be negotiated on a 1-on-1 basis depending on the number and type of services that are required and will be one of the topics of discussion at our free no-obligation presentation.

 

PRIVATE GROUPS

Once we have your details of the type of lessons required, whether Text Only or Video-Audio-Text-Same View service, plus the number of people in your group, along with other relevant information (such as proposed hours of earning) we will be able to provide you with firm costing's. PLEASE NOTE:

myTeacherLIVE is purely internet based, and consequently relies on the services of it's ISP for connections. Whilst interruptions to the internet are rare, myTeacherLIVE nor Eyedeas Company Asia-Pacific Co., Ltd takes any responsibility for loss of our clients pre-paid or post-paid time in the event of internet failure. Internet failure is beyond our control and therefore no credits will be given should an situation a stated here occur.

How to Use the Services of myTeacherLIVE

 

myTeacherLIVE is extremely easy to use. Learning or Services can be undertaken in two ways:

1. Text Only Learning (View Screen Shot at the left of this page)

A. This is exactly what it means. There is no instant audio or video, nor any file or internet viewing between us or yourself. Questions can be asked in virtually any language and replied to in the same language of a different one. This same technology we use for our LIVE online help plus other services. Unlimited moderators (instructors) can be online between our students and clients at any one time.

B. You only need a normal computer (128meg ram) and an internet connection (preferably 256kb, but dial up modem is okay too).

C. For text only learning simply click the button above which says "Live! Assist ", or CLICK HERE. As long as we can confirm that you have booked and paid for your lessons (See next column) you can begin your lessons immediately. We provide an easy, simple and quick guide on how to use.

 

2. Video - Audio - Text - File and Internet Learning (View Screen Shot at the left of this page)

This is perhaps the most popular since it is extremely interactive! This technology includes:

A. Audio and Video between us and yourself in real time.

B. "Same view" file sharing for quick reference

C. "Same view" internet browsing, again for quick reference and easy learning

D. Real time text between us and yourself & vice-verca.

E. The ability to speak private, in a group or with others publicly

F. We give you the software FREE with upgrades available. All you have to do is download the software, (only 1.2meg) along with easy, simple and quick guide on installation and set-up. The software will usually reside on 1 computer that you would use for learning or accepting services provided by us. There is no limitation to the number of FREE downloads, so you can, if you wish install the software on multiple computers.

G. All you need is a computer (min 128meg Ram), an Internet connection (preferably ADSL 256kps, but dial up is okay), a microphone (of good quality and high frequency) (not expensive) and a camera. Either a Camcorder or Web-Cam. that's it!; however Corporate clients will need a projector connected to the computer.

We offer FREE on-line assistance to Private Groups, and FREE in-house set-up for all Corporate Clients.

How to Reserve Your Classes and Other Requirements

 

Corporate Clients -

Generally, we will work with Corporate Clients on a 1-on-1 basis so almost certainly, the initial reservation of classes will be done face to face. However, afterwards, reservations can be done by telephone, email, fax or even LIVE Assist.

At the same time, we provide an in-house, no-obligation demonstration plus recommendations specific to your business in order to obtain the very best from our services. Decision Makers will therefore have the opportunity to field questions and also the opportunity to view first hand exactly how myTeacherLIVE will function both for their company and us. This will include initial set-up, hardware and software requirements. The process is very simple because we've made it that way!

Upon confirmation of a firm booking we finalize a complete set-up and see to it that the facility is running perfectly.

Note: Reservations for Tuition are to be made 2 weeks (14 Days) in advance. Whilst classes can continue seamlessly, notice of the same period is required to ensure continuity.

 

Private Groups - Text Only Tuition -

1. Complete the form on the Private Groups Page. We will contact you for confirmation on details. Once we have the days and periods that you wish to learn, we will reserve your times.

2. Payment for learning needs to be received a minimum of 1 week (7 Days) prior to the commencement of your classes. You may pay on line by credit card, or deposit directly to our bank account. Payment is fully automated. If paying by Direct Debit, you will receive an email giving you the necessary details.

3. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email advising as such. At the times your lessons are due, simply log onto our LIVE Assist Page, click the "online" banner, complete your name and email address and you begin! That's it! Easy!

 

Private Groups - Video - Audio - Text - View Now Learning

1. This is easy to set up and is the complete interactive way to learn! As with Text Tuition please complete the form on the Private Groups page. We will contact you for confirmation on details. Once we have the days and periods that you wish to learn, we will reserve your times.

2. Same as #2 Above.

3. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email advising as such. This email will also give you the link, plus instructions on how to set up our free downloadable software. It takes literally just 5 minutes to complete. We will then check with you that everything is working correctly a day PRIOR to your lessons.

4. Note: Reservations for Tuition are to be made 1 week (7 Days) in advance. Whilst classes can continue seamlessly, notice of the same period is required to ensure continuity.
